... this company. I worked at another place where salaries were frequently delayed. Here, the pay is always on time, and the working environment is also good.

...s all other people were very helpful. Leaving it but still they gave the esops . Even gave compensation for 2 months in covid situation

No job security, I have worked without being 1 absent or 1 leave even worked till late believing it my duty and my work but at the end when new managers came they removed the old employees who used to work and perform. Even directors of the company haven't helped in that situation. After talking to the directors they also said they can't do anything. Anytime they can remove any employee. Lot of parciality. Incentive very less peanuts

Culture is good. No concept of wearing formals. Flexibility in timings.

Salary and approach of doing work. Work hierarchy is complex.
