The management is pathetic. They treat Senior Residents like PG students. Even salary is delayed at times. Otherwise patient load is good, there is ample opportunity for learning

One has to face lots of hardships for getting salary on time. The Dean doesn't respect subordinates, he wouldn't sign relieving letter and experience certificate before 10 days for no reasons. It's frustrating

Everything is excellent in AIIMS, salary, colleagues, seniors, working environment, infrastructure everything..

Salary is good but not worth for the amount of work u do here

Radiology dept is terrible, no learning for SRs. Due to increased patient load the reporting is compromised. The HOD here sucks, he is not liable for AIIMS. Never listens to his juniors problems.

...y of patients that as resident we get to see. The facilities are up to the mark. Salary is similar to other delhi colleges, which is pretty good. Work environment is very healthy in most of tge departments. There's ample opportunities for research.

Dislikes

The only problem that i can pin point is the amount of work, which can be a bit much sometimes. But it's still less as compared to other peripheral colleges.

AIIMS as premier institute and HOD deptt of pediatrics is good

Salary not on time for contractual.No work life balance.Leaves are not sanctioned even in genuine cases.Paperwork very slow
