Lots of learning, less bureaucracy and good salary structure

Lack of clarity even to leaders. All decisions taken by Founder. The way it was run when it was a startup is still continuing. Leaders seem to be powerless as a NO from founder is never challenged and seems like there is a fear lurking among subordinates to say no even if they know they are right

There is no job security. Despite of such a huge organization they can kick you out the next day over a silly reason like budget constraint.
