Company are not in confirmed​ to employee,they give employee 1 year training and 1 year complete to removed company.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Salary and work Life balance is good. Good opertunity for growth and success

Dislikes

All are wrapped up and internal frameworks which we can't use anymore outside of organisations. Personal benefits are very poor compared to compitition.

JP Morgan is not a firm but a society where lot of tech and non tech processes run thier business and if u wanna learn new activities, u just have to tap to that team and put some effort to learn which provides you a big platform to work in a domain you are interested in.

Dislikes

Not now but in coming year/years JP Morgan should revise or do the market correction to compensation paid to it's employees.
