There is only one dislike I have to share was the pay scale which was too low and the hike percentage was extremely low, and the working hours was 10 hrs.

... Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.
