If you want to start your career with the I advice you to join another companys before and get job after experienced bcz experienced salary is good at TCS but fresher salary is average. When employee resigned tcs he will not get hired return at TCS is a strict policy. So when you want to settle you can came to tcs. If you are It background and advanced in coding you can get Ninja it job it has great salary.

While joining as fresher we not get best salary with comparing other It company's. Overall other employee benefits are good compare other company. I advice join TCS after get experienced.
