Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade

Pay structure at each level is not comparable. There is huge difference in pay structure even at same designation.

Bank is open to innovation and loves to make a policy for the complete procedure of the assignments allotted to various verticals.

Dislikes

...policy st higher management which consequently resulted in loss to organization. This year the employees shall not get any increment in salary.
