Salary discrimination between GETs and experienced lateral recruits. Excessive work load. Poor work life balance. Competency of persons positioned at some of the leadership roles needs to be reviewed.

1. HR will trigger you and make pressure to joint as earliest. 2. Salary is not on time 3. Basic facilities not available for Staff at Site office. 4. Top management only pressure for work and work but don't know site conditions.

Vendor payment huge delayed. Procurement process are very slow which leads to delayed the projects and Site people gets suffered for that. No vendor relationships and trust is there hence arranging vendor at site is very difficult. PM doesn't have any PO approval authority at site level . No loose cash or funds available at site level to manage the misc activity which leads to panic for Senior people at site. No learning and development for employees.
