management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

...talking about support team I.e Sushma’s team…siji,Ravi, and 2 new are added now. They are not the leaders they are rulers, who eats the employees salary and zero on their skills… When you talk about the last 5 year data most of the employees left the organisation by this 2024, due to Sushma…she is a cruel lady..

On time salary, higher management is good.

Dislikes

Mid level managers are worst, people who are working here for more than 10 years thinks that this place is their birth right and behaves accordingly. Very rude behaviour from some Managers.
