It’s a great honour to work with such a good company like TCS. The work experience is very good. Its’s such a company that u can develop anything you want to be. Iam working here from last 5 years and my whole experience is all god for this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is good and some times it’s very high to maintain.

...ly imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.
