Company policy is good, as its a Fintech Organization it has to bring some critical scanning under the system process and Analytical Data driven company.

Politics is everywhere, its up to you how you smartly handle. Learning is the excellent option i have seen in this organization. The organization has a linkedin program driven intra website for the employees to upgrade themselves as per there specialization. Work environment is an excellent example within the FIS global. It has great working and social culture to develop internal connects.

Work life balance is very poor because salary is very less over there , there is no much hike and appraisals and all are very less
