managers in bajaj were not that good level. Salary was okay but culture was poor

Bad management. Somewhere in the middle are some rotten potatoes who aren't fit for their position

Overall work culture of the organisation is good and the management of the organisation is employee friendly

The only lacking point is that the organisation did not provide year on year salary hike until or unless someone did not achieve their yearly Targets.
