TCS is very good organization. A salary increase makes you happy once in year but a healthy culture keep you happy every day.

Dislikes

Not maintain floor culture and management politics. Because of this reason dedicated employee resigned.

Review is one of the attitude towards a company it means my aspects of company this is good company who is fresher also who looking for day shift location and UK culture opportunity keep coming but unless you prepared or open to it be specific with taking career path as this orgnization has different domino's.

Good in career growth opportunities available however need to get it only by completing course even though certain team management not allowed to move out of the Team.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary is bad not given proper recognise and not even rewards not considered on quarterly basis. It's only yearly basis and it's so upset to the employees.

Dislikes

Too much work load as compared to the salary. Need to be in office prior 30 minutes of shift start time and should be logged in on all the applications. And need to log out at the accurate shift end time and during the period if you get work hitted at the last minute of your log out time you must extend until it gets finished. No compromise. Hence, the company is facing more attrition issue.
