Flexibility for office hours is one of the good thing. Work from is also allowed. You can join this company if you are good in your area and want to learn more.

Work load is a bit more if you are at your learning phase but if you good in your area/technology, you can manage the work easily.

Management is poor, work life balance is poor as in my case my most of the team members are in US so I have to work from 8:30 am to 9pm and sometimes more

Project work is also great. We are always looking for new technologies and tools to automate our work and save time for some fun activities. Nice office and cafeteria. I have taken most of my selfies here from different walls. Since office is 5 minutes' away drive from my home, I usually spend my after office hours in office game zone playing sports.
