Management is poor, work life balance is poor as in my case my most of the team members are in US so I have to work from 8:30 am to 9pm and sometimes more

...ate L1 at development side. Over all good company to work, to learn and to grow. Also the compensation is very good comparing to other companies in NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Delhi) location. Flexibility for office hours is one of the good thing. Work from is also allowed. You can join this company if you are good in your area and want to learn more.

Work load is a bit more if you are at your learning phase but if you good in your area/technology, you can manage the work easily.

I have taken most of my selfies here from different walls. Since office is 5 minutes' away drive from my home, I usually spend my after office hours in office game zone playing sports.
