The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

Appraisals are a formality, managers know your salary here so give hike accordingly.

Depends on the projects like in every other company. I have worked in different BU and different projects. Few are really good when it comes to work life balance. You get hike twice a year so even if you get 5% increment in one cycle it's finally 10% yearly increment.

Salary hike is average. HRs are of no use. They can't give you any answer.
