Work culture 5 out of 5 company is very good in terms of work environment and salary hike.

Dislikes

Dislike is about job security if no projects in SAP can be layed-off by giving 3 months of salary. and recruitment team will tell they will give first preference for Rehire but practically no.

The Colleagues and the Immediate Vertical are very good and supportive, they understand the process and the client demands.

Dislikes

...d also work allocation can be very poor as they don't understand the process. The salary is very poor as they mostly give more than Quarter of your promised CTC as Variable Pay, you will also not be able to identify that as they will only share the break up of salary after joining, so you might be receiving a salary in letter but it changes each month based on rating. If you want to move to other companies they will not accept the Variable pay and it will be like hard to get even a 5 to 10 percent raise with the next company. The HR is only there in name, they recruit people who need job desperately for 1 year agreements, more than 90 percent leave after that 1 year and they do the same recruitment again.

Less compensation and very much hierarchy level hence low growth.

...curity the there is no tension for that. There is no career growth type of work. Salary was so dull compared to the other.traveling facility was very good for us.something new to learning from trainings and other activities.work environment was so good bt there is no chance to grow up very fastly

... so good and also the work culture doesn't seems in par with other IT companies. Variable pay is also not good.
