There is no work life balance, 12 hours strict timings and no week off or holidays, old employees has settled in company and new employees will not get company benefits compared to old one. Increments doesn't matter of your knowledge and hard work.

Culture of Afcons is getting degraded and good engineers from Afcons are getting out because of less salary than offered in market

...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.

Good work environment and culture, All colleagues and seniors are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Very good company.
