Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

1. HR will trigger you and make pressure to joint as earliest. 2. Salary is not on time 3. Basic facilities not available for Staff at Site office. 4. Top management only pressure for work and work but don't know site conditions.
