Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good
