The workplace offers recreational activities such as 8-ball pool, table tennis, and carroms. 5. The company provides opportunities to learn new technologies.

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.
