There is no documentation. You have to learn by urself after that u will bombard with lot of work as you also wont get time to document. For me which is good no tym waste on documentation.

Job security is very good as they have multiple large clients. Compensation is as par with market and appraisals are also good and fair. Work-life balance is also good, however, it depends on your project.

They mention Hybrid model, but it works only if you house is in your base allocated city, as work from anywhere outside the city is stricly prohibited. Also managers always try to restrict peoples from taking leaves, as they won't be able to bill the client.
