Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

Dislikes

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

sick leave one should be able to avail it for one or two days there should not be any restrictions on that. as per current policy once can avail sick leave for minimum three days for that too medical certificate needed.

Salary appraisel are good for the design profile, also job security is high, good learning opportunities for the beginners

Dislikes

Less Employees friendly, promotions & growth opportunities are slow, average work life balance, lack of activities for refreshment & stress buster, Politics at higher level

Likes

For freshers it's good learning opportunities, stress can be more but at the same time you learn also. For senior or lead position it is totally depend on your project and team because for the same project with different team you may see different work-life balance. The management is transparent.

Dislikes

The work culture needs to be improved. Importantly salary benefits are not as per industry standards.
