There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.

You have 3 days work from office policy no pressure on maintaining minimum office hours. Good work life balance depends on role and project for me it’s manageable.

more ijp opportunities should be given. more on-site opportunities should be given. employee benefits should improve. Medical insurance amount should be increased with no copay option to support employees. 10 hour working hour policy should be removed.
