Cost cutting at recession period is common in almost all companies but that should not be at the cost of investing in marketing and branding which is one of the major issues in this organization.

Senior manager are non supportive. They will change their own rules if they want to fire you. HR is non supportive. No fix timing.

Culture in UNACADEMY is absolutely tremendous in comparison to previous organization, salary/benefits are provided on time, holidays/leaves are approved on time, management cares about their employees, it is all possible only if you are giving good numbers every month.

Dislikes

What I don't like in Unacademy is, few managers think that they are the Owner of the organization, they own employees, so employees have to do what such managers ask them to do, hence such kind of personality ruins entire image of reputed organization.

Overall best Edtech Industry with best culture and good salary and benefits.

Only the reason I didn't liked in company was few Managers who didn't had any idea about how to handle the team.
