... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

If you swith to Cognizant, they will provide good salary compared to other service based company. They also push their associate for skill development with regular certification drive.

Dislikes

The appraisal system dropped drastically in couple of years. Very minimum salary hike with high ratings.

No promotion or hike for anyone, low hanging fruit work, company culture toxic like TCS or CTS

Flexible work environment, good learning opportunities,no variable part in salary, meal Voucher, good Health insurance,

Onsite opportunity is very less. No annual rewards.

Compensation can be a bit better although I feel it's higher than market avg
