Incentives slab is great, good salary hike

it will be much better if 5 days working will be there and leaves should be given on national holidays. No need to extend the shift timings.

They acknowledged your work & efforts which you put in task. Basically this is a seller's sector so they will provide you incredible incentives. Which brings a smile in your face.

Salary justification, Target achieved pressure. No job security. If you unable to achieve Target's then they will terminate you any time by providing warning letter.

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive. Most important thing is like in this pandemic most of companies doing cost cutting on the other hand policy bazaar poviding full salary to their employees
