Its entirely depends on the team how your work life is. For me the team is superb. So I am having a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are too low. And this year they have cut many benefits that the employees offered earlier like cab facility, mobile allowance, reward points etc

That is very useful for gaining our knowledge and skills and that management also very good and obey the rules and regulations as a fresher that is very for the career growth and Iam very happy to work with that company

It is only one reason for not salary growth thats alslo

Line manager is everything, he decides your rating, increment, bonus. HR is just a yes man to whatever reporting manager says. Lot of good policies on paper but at ground level not much. HR is absolutely not reachable

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.

Dislikes

All are wrapped up and internal frameworks which we can't use anymore outside of organisations. Personal benefits are very poor compared to compitition.
