Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

The company is great. The environment is friendly. The salary is also good. I only had issues with transport which is worst. No proper transport facilities. I had to wait for an hour after night shift for the transport. This is the only reason I left.

I disliked the transport services. No proper arrangement. The only reason I left the company. I was very irritated with the transport.

Company culture and job has a security. Company has its own policies to follow.

Only for experienced people salary is high. Joined as a fresher still salary is not been incremented. Hike is given not monthly wise.
