IN TAA DIVISION CHENNAI SAT & SUN WORKING NO OT PAYMENTS, IN Season Time Jan to March want to work for longer hours no OT payments, Giving Impossible Tasks in Season , comparing with other People in Team , Inappropriate Rating giving to Team member's, Based on Rating the salary Hike will be decided (Hike % - 5 2 star , 8 - 3 star , 16 - 4 star)
