...s to work on Saturdays later they habituated & demanded a lot work in Saturdays. We struggled a lot & worked for the project but didn't got good variable pay & hike.

... acquire good skills and switch to another company of you need very good hike. Sometimes we get shift bonus if working in shifts (but go for development projects only). Happy Learning 🙂

Some of my friends working in support project, there is no Learning scope. Better get placed in development project. And Sometimes, if you work more and they give more and more work and also, you have to do other unrelated work as well(sometimes). So, better work at a given pace, learn and maintain your Work Life balance.

It’s really great company to start your corporate life and it definitely teach employees a lot of things especially culture, management, timesense etc it stand out from competitors especially in these matters but the only thing I noticed is it doesn’t differentiate hardworkers and normal ones in the initial years and so your appreciation, hike, promotion are very similar to hard worker and normal ones so talented ones start feeling not worth and start to think about switching job. Hope it come up with good plan on that which is not depending on politics within

I would say there’s nothing I dislike if a bit more salary is given with well judged to well deserved workers
