Work culture is not at all good. 1 person is doing work of 3 person No reward/increment for the hard work A huge amount of CTC is declared as variable pay Sometime it seems that management is doing partiality

No increment last year, same is expected this year. Very high variable pay.

Company culture is good than Indian service based companies. No micro management. Open culture and salary. Kind of remote work.
