Salary not at all happy, partiality plays vitally in Madurai. 15 years experience, take home 16000 but the junior who dont hold any responsibility 15000 instead The work pressure is ver high as I have to attend client and marketing phone calls late in the evening and night in the cug number. Manager does not value the imdividual staff unique strength instead they hurt with unprofessional words in front of junior staff and showed their vengience in appraisal. Not at all happy with top management in unit. Otherwise I am always grateful to chairman who treats apollo staff as his family🙏
