No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

Promotions & less man power Total work done only chemist..no helpers ..high pressure on ground floor people

Work culture is great, you sharpen your skills.policies are employee friendly.

Salary is decent carrer growth is slow and lacking in transperacy with the bench chemists. Many hidden policies.

One of the lead company some more work is there as well as learning also

Bus facility is not free they will deduct from you salary if you will use

Good in job security, work culture is good,company policies were good,compensation and benefits were good,skill development and learning chances were not totall good.

Although the working conditions were good.but sop and process training sessions were not implimenting good.
