Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

THE COMPANY IS DEVELOPS R & D PROJECTS AND NUCLEAR POWER PROJECTS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF THEIR REQUIREMENT DIFFERENT TASK FOR DIFFERENT PROJECTS

SALARY GROWTH IS LESS DUE TO IT IS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDER TAKING AND IT CONTRACT BASIS ONLY

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management
