It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

It was my first choice, being a part of such organization has given a leadership skill, with proper growth in my career, I was very much happy with their working hours which made my personal life too flexible. The environment to work was satisfactory but not very good.

Dislikes

...e teachers from management part, teachers put their own effort for the new ones. Salary was also not as per the satisfaction as per job.

..., the non permanent staff has to appear for interviews at the end of every year. The appraisals, salary, contracts are affected. They can also discontinue your service even if you had been working there for more than 3 years.

Over all experience was good, job security is horrible,salary should b increased as according to the work load and efforts by the teacher in teaching, there is a lot of things have learnt through kvs.

Job security is not there.
