It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

Couleges and management are more supportive. Good working area and salary is also hike. Finally it's a friendly environment to both children and teachers too. Management conduct training classes every year..

Some seniors are politicians.. sometimes management doesn't notice that politics ...

Salary was low but career growth was decent. And the time duration was very long.

No job satisfaction. Unnecessary pressure, too much of experimentation, goes away from goal many a times.
