Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

Good work culture and supportive teams. One can get good kick start to their carrier here and and experience well being and coordination among all the employees

Career growth and salary hike is the point where TCS needs to focus and they should have more experienced staff in their teams

Offer very low salary compared to market, no skill update plans or grooming sessions. In other words does not care about employee growth. Just get skilled from out side is the best option.
