Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Likes

Fast-paced environment, aggressive way of doing business, good flow of communication, pay and perks, travel allowances are liberal. Good for people who like to own responsibility and portfolio of business.

Dislikes

Work-life balance, workload, inter-departmental friction, burnout in a few years.

In hdfc bank you will get the Job security which is the best thing in Hdfc bank I like

Pramotion and salary increment where the person come from outside will get more salary as compared to people who work with them for long time.They Just hiring the people but didn't understand the value of current employees who are with them 😕😞 event don't bother to retain them with best option if you have even 10 years of experience.

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.
