Work Culture is quite different but it is adaptable. Management is Awesome. To be here as a Teacher is like one of the partners since we need to take care of our customers individually. And is purely based on WIN-WIN concept. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that provides non compromised Education all over the World. Really Proud to be at WhiteHat Jr.

There is no dislike according to me. Compensation is quite Good. Like other companies Work pressure is high. No compromise. Work life balance is too Good when compared with other employment where we need to travel a lot. If we take more efforts we are paid appropriately.

I dislike nothing but for people who want easy money, this is not the place. here, you have to put in your best and provide quality work. This is not compromised.

This company gives a comfort place to every employee to work at their own space,though we adhere to rules and regulations,we feel the environment is much stress free.Everybody's opinion is taken into account which is very much essential for a company to develop.Whatever you feel ,you can always voice out your opinions and even if you need help you can ask to your collegue ,they will help you out in all means without any discrimination or superior power.

Compensation is good and the growth is tremendous.Professionally I have grown alot by taking all the inputs given by the company.They see to that each and every employee is treated the same.Everybody's talent is equally appreciated and sitting at an online class you gotta to meet kids from all over the world.Am really blessed to be apart of this company .
