Every Friday Company will give the lunch and every two months Company will arrange the some sports activity and night parties. Training and development team, also too good. Company will give the training and product knowledge very deeply.

The main one dislike is, Company have a daily Target Employees are not achieved. Daily target company deduct the salary.

Per peice incentive and over and above incentive salb is very good and every month traning schedule is very good

In diwali no bonus provide by samsung and increment on every year is very less to comparison other brand

Salary on time no delay Very Professional on salary paying and Hr Work culture is good but its need your performance as well as. Good Agent salary increment basis on their performance

I think on floors management should maintain more professionalism as the team leaders and executives all work very unprofessionally and also use abusive languages there should be some ethics management should provide training to team leaders managers how they should talk to other employees , Thank you !
