management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Salary on time, working pressure is average, work - life balance is average.

No co-operate from any seniors. Do self each and every thing. Sales and collection. Target pressure is 100 % but support is 0%. Work starting time is 8.00am ending time not fixed.

There is no skill buildup ,and not is progress in my designation , include salary not increase.

Zara has given a job to many people who were unemployed and improved thier skills by training the employees. When I say people that I have with Zara they give a respect so I feel very special when anyone say to me where are you working. Zara has a pleasant environment , all the staff are of helping nature and this company makes nearly 12000 design per year that is amazing.

Compensation is not bad, growth is slow. There is very high work pressure. Company doesn't allow me for Friday prayers. That was really very bad that time I was not feeling comfortable. Company doesn't schedule fix weekly off. They rotate weekly off. So it creates a pressure on work because the next week off come after 9 days suppose you have given a week off on Monday then your next week off will come at Thursday.
