Low Salary structures for Highly educated persons.The work pressure is there.Refreshment facilities are not there.

... select trained staff for there pharmacy. To much new staff joined by he team. Salary is not good ..

Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hours but we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be

Learning and challenging as u need to handle different age of people. Helps to increase Medicine knowledge

...ely management involvement in case of criticality. On job training not provided. Salary is very low
