management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

It was a great experience to work with Amazon. It was a contractual role. I wish if it would have been extended to permanent but it could not. Anyways, my experience was quite good.

Benefits were fine but salary was a bit less than other companies

Too much pressure and no fixed timings. Sometimes we were asked to come on weekends and too much politics.
