Akums is a great place to learn and earn. Management always pay salary on time and provides unconditional support in bad times. Akums is one of the humble organization which provides 100℅ salary during Covid year.

Parking facility is little mismanaged by the vendor. it is challenging to park the vehicle during peak hours.

Job safety and salary was good. Company is excellent. I want to rejoin.

Inside factory permission need some improvements. Like work satisfaction not there , need more time for personal life. Rest of all excellent company.

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Dislikes

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

While working in Liveon Biolabs salary date was not fixed it's bit difficult for employes, but now it's been rectified.
