The people here are good and helpful in nature. Ethically strong Company. Work flexibility is there plus the Company provides good opportunities and responsibilities with trust to even freshers and junior employees.

Dislikes

...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

Teleperformance has its challenges, but what job doesn't? The pay is on time , which is crucial .

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

There is too much of politics...no job security...if u treat ur manager as god then u are all set otherwise start to search another job especially if you are in DBMs

Promotions are very limited as it has very limited layers in organisation hence one struck at one position for many years
