HR conection is stoped immediately after on boarding even at tough times there are Number of escalation rules to reach HR team there is no direct check or contacts to keep a check on how employes feel about their superior or management exept an weekly that ends up in making situation worst for employees. As a company BNY is good but the management here is really bad.
