Company paid less sallary to knowlegable and experineced persons .. who have a better knowledge of a product and sales and pay high sallary to the persons, who is not able to work in any company after capitalvia fintech. If company want to grow thier bussiness then its time to change lower team management leaders ... And gave that command to persons who have a lot of knowledge of sales from other offices also.

Tp is really a reputed company with such a good process but due to the politics the people this process gunna shut down one day .. and it's gunna lead a huge impact in employee.
