For sales it has ample of leads so we don't have to generate which makes a process little easier.

Salary and work life balance but it's obvious it won't be there in B2C Sales in most of the company. Although salary is one of the aspect which can be looked into

Company work culture is not good. Team leaders are not Polite and they think they own Employee . Everyday they tell to do overtime to complete target, I worked almost 6 months and left
