...ause money is not the only thing that makes people stay back in an organisation. Apart from good pay u need to provide them 3 things. 1. Give responsibilities to people that help them expand their skill set. 2 Recognition... just around of applause&prasing people makes them feel valued. Assures them that their efforts are being seen..Celebrate people, It goes long way. 3 Respect...If you disrespect people nobody is going to stay with you. High performing talent, as they know their value in the market.. Organisation have to concentrate these things and maintain a fearless and friendship atmosphere. It build mutual trust between employees and organisation.

...aving good culture for those who are not in sales. Overall work culture is good. Salary is on time no delays in claims etc.

Dislikes

No sales culture and training for sales leader. Lack of organised way of working. Senior leadership is not inclined towards long term vision.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

Salary was good. HR was good. HR department helpful if there is any problem after living the company.

Dislikes

It is a third party recruitment company, there for if something happens there, they don't take action quickly.
