Poor old thinking leadership team. People in system since last 8-10 years in ICICI Bank do nothing, they think as if they are working in Government organization. Treat their fellow colleagues as very rudely, shouting, abusing. New joiners work as drivers for Leadership Team. HR team is not doing their work. No support if you raise any concern. In name of cost optimization people are tortured and forced to put down papers

Low salary for senior staffs even getting promotion and achieved the business parameters. We are getting the grade but not getting salary asper the grade.

Pro: good compensation and benefits

Dislikes

No learning, no skill/knowledge enhancement, no growth role wise. People are working here in auto mode with nothing new to add and just bringing the whole organization down along with demotivating people who really want to work

1. lack of personal & professional growth. 2. There is no parity in experience & salary slab 3.No option for training & developments. 4.Lack of transparency in the promotion and appraisal process. 5.Very poor retention policy for talented employees.
